These are small electronic images embedded in web content or email messages, which are not normally visible to Users and allow us to generate nearly personalized content to offer a better experience when using our Portal. If you do not agree with any of the conditions established herein, the User can always change their browser settings.

To provide intelligent scheduling and automation features, Agenda Scout MX utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) from leading third-party providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic.

AI Chatbot & Interactions: Message content may be processed by these models to power our conversational AI, automate intake forms, and provide smart responses.

Template Review: We use AI to assist in drafting and optimizing SMS and WhatsApp templates to ensure high-quality communication.

AI Privacy: We limit the transmission of sensitive personal identifiers to these providers, using them strictly for natural language understanding and generation.

3. Integration with WhatsApp & Meta (Official Business API)

Agenda Scout MX operates as an automated orchestration platform using the WhatsApp Business API via Twilio.

Data Processing: By using our service, you agree that customer contact data and message content are processed through Meta's infrastructure to facilitate appointment reminders.

Compliance: We strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) terms. We do not use WhatsApp data for unauthorized marketing or third-party profiling.

4. Purpose of Information Use

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Automate appointment scheduling and reduce "no-shows."
• Provide AI-driven conversational reporting and automated data collection.
• Improve the website experience through the analytical data mentioned above.

5. Information Security and Minors

We implement technical security measures to protect your data. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if such data is collected, it will be deleted immediately.

6. ARCO Rights and Data Deletion
